Studio Policies – 2026
At Cheryl’s Piano Studio, I am committed to providing a supportive and structured learning environment where students of all ages can discover the joy of music. Whether pursuing the RCM program or learning for personal enrichment, my goal is to build confidence, strong technique, and lasting musical skills through personalized instruction.
Tuition reflects more than lesson time—it includes professional planning, individualized instruction, repertoire selection, and studio resources.
Enrollment reserves a dedicated weekly time slot exclusively for you. This is your time, and I am committed to being ready for you each week.
Regular attendance is essential for steady progress. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or credited.
While missed lessons cannot be made up, your tuition ensures your time remains reserved throughout the term.
If I must cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson or credit will always be provided.
Progress is a partnership between the studio and home practice.
Students are encouraged to practice at least 5 days per week for consistent progress.
Students are responsible for music books and RCM examination fees. Materials may be purchased independently or added to the monthly invoice.
Please stay home if you or your child are feeling unwell to keep the studio safe for everyone.
